By creating an account or using the Herra Mosa platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Herra Mosa Inc. (“Herra Mosa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By providing your phone number and creating an account, you consent to receive text messages from Herra Mosa, including verification codes, event invitations, and group notifications. These messages are sent via Twilio.
Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use other features of the Service.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including event descriptions, group posts, and profile information. By posting content, you grant Herra Mosa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
Herra Mosa and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, software, and brand assets. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Herra Mosa and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Herra Mosa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content ownership, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
